This I Believe

This I Believe was a radio program hosted by Edward R. Murrow that ran from 1951 to 1955. Famous people and everyday folk wrote and read short essays revealing their personal mantras and beliefs. Since then, the concept has been revived several times, including a four-year run on NPR a decade ago. The This I Believe organization continues to collect and archive essays at https://thisibelieve.org/.

On August 25th, we’ll host our own This I Believe sharing session. We are looking for several people to present your own belief statement for this service. Please contact Claudia Moder (claudiamariemoder@gmail.com) to sign up.
