DESCRIPTION:\n\nThree years ago\, the Green Bay Area Unitarian Universalist
  Fellowship made the decision to start the process of finding a permanent 
 home. One year ago\, we had our first services at our new location\, at 13
 13 Main Street. We have spent a few seasons getting adjusted to the buildi
 ng and its grounds and many ideas have been floating around as to how best
  to use them.\n\nThe GBAUUF Board is looking for your input. All members a
 nd friends are invited to help cultivate our future!\n\n\nThis survey is o
 ne of three ways that the Board will be use to help identify and plan for 
 shared ideas. Your input\, whether it be a long-time member or a new frien
 d or even an inactive member\, is important to us. We are hopeful that all
  members\, friends\, and visitors will fill out the survey\, either online
  or in person.\n\nThe survey is comprised of eight short sections and shou
 ld take you about 15 minutes to complete. Households are encouraged to sub
 mit individual responses—one survey per adult.\n\nPlease fill this out a
 nd submit no later than January 6.\n\n
