Join Michael Lahti in the downstairs community room at for easy movement exercises to feel good physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This 30-minute session is as inclusive as possible (especially for those with aches and pains). Participants will be asked to share feedback with Michael, who hopes to provide hour-long Mindful Moving sessions in the upstairs sanctuary on a regular basis.
