August 3, 2025 at 10:00 am • Jim Brey This service will consider how two philosophers, Gyalse Tokme Zongpo and Aristotle wrote, with slightly different emphases, about anger. In both cases the very brief passages were parts of a larger whole and were about personal anger. What they had to say would be quite relevant to groups, governments, and other entities in our contentious world. The passages are clear enough and short enough for deep personal reflection and discussion about that very human emotion.

July 27, 2025 at 10:00 am • Emilyn Linden Time management books generally encourage us to try to organize our days so we can get everything done. But the more we get done the more we feel like we should have time to do more and the more we feel overwhelmed and inadequate. Just like we try to acknowledge that the earth has finite resources, we all need to acknowledge that we have finite time and plan our lives accordingly.
