Christmas Eve with the Fox Valley Fellowship
Angels make many appearances in the Christmas story. What might they mean for us today and what might they be telling us? Rev. Jim is collaborating with Rev. Christina and Ali Peters at the Fox Valley Fellowship.
Two Service Options:
• 5 PM Family friendly with interactive elements.
• 9 PM Geared for adults with time for a Transylvanian Unitarian communion ritual
The 5:00 PM Christmas Eve service is tailored more towards families with children, including an interactive opportunity with props. The props match the theme of the service “Our Better Angels” and include an angel “mandala”, glue dots, gold pipe cleaners, star stickers, silver feathers, and hand held candles for joining in on Silent Night. Rev. Jim is willing to drop the props off at your home next week in any quantity you would like. Please contact Rev. Jim by this Sunday, December 20th, if you would like them, how many, and your current address.
Service logon details can be found in the calendar (click on December 24) or the latest issue of the UU Connect (scroll to Archives at the bottom of the page.)
