Inspired by a recent trip to Mexico and some time spent on the beach there, we are going to take a look at a Mesoamerican spiritual practice involving the Four Directions + 1. We will honor our ancestors, the arts that bring beauty and joy to our lives, the waters of life, those people who inspire us, and the people sitting next to us.
