Our speaker, Milly Gonzales, is the Domestic Violence Coordinator of Help of Door County, a Sturgeon Bay-based non-profit providing services and programs throughout the Door County Peninsula to victims of domestic abuse.

In 2018, Gonzales received the “Anne Kok Social Justice Award” for her work organizing support groups for survivors of domestic violence, including “Operation Fresh Start,” a program for women who find themselves behind bars.
