Obsessing over endings is all too easy for many of us. As UUs we strive to create a better world and to bring about what MLK called a “beloved community”. This desire and the work it takes is a beautiful thing to behold but is also a point of dismay for many of us who do not witness it in our own times. In this service we will explore what it means to re-write our concept of endings, and to collectively imagine a dynamic and ever-changing future where we can end at the beginning and begin at the ending.
