Our UU shared value of Pluralism states: “We celebrate that we are all sacred beings, diverse in culture, experience, and theology”. Did we take this mindset too much for granted and mistakenly assume it had carried out into our society as well? Now that pluralism is openly under attack, it’s time for us to renew our gratitude for what now seems like a bold statement of faith.
