I have been a member of GBAUUF for almost three years. I have been active in the retired persons group, Spiritual Journey, the plant sale, block cleanup and Pop-Up Sale. The last three springs I led fundraising field trips for members at nearby state parks for the Pop-Up Sale. I am part of the group that facilitates services. I look forward to helping with the many Board tasks as I love the Fellowship and am eager to see it grow and succeed in the spiritual growth of its members.

I am a retired UW Earth Science professor and was Director of the American Meteorological Society Education Program. I have three grown daughters, Catrine, Mireille, and Gabrielle and eight grandchildren. Since the passing of my wife Celeste, I live alone in a large, purple Victorian style house in Chilton with a large garden and a front yard full of prairie plantings. I serve as President of Friends of Ledgeview Nature Center, provide Meditation instruction in two Wisconsin prisons as a part of the Wisconsin Prison Mindfulness Initiative and provide scientific advice and public talks to nature and scientific organizations.
