Join us for our Fifth Sunday potluck and a presentation by Tony Schneider, Director of Community Engagement at St. John’s Ministries. Growing up in Green Bay, Tony Schneider thought homelessness was what he saw on television and in the movies. He didn’t realize homelessness existed in his hometown until he saw it during his four years living on the West Coast, where he led a team of volunteers in 13 different nonprofits serving at-risk populations across six states. When he came home on the holidays he started to notice the need in his hometown.
He moved back to Green Bay in 2018 and served in Community Engagement roles for Pillars in Appleton, and has been with St. John’s Ministries since 2021. Tony enjoys speaking about St. John’s Ministries, and loves being able to serve people in his neighborhood and see the community come together to serve EVERYONE that lives here.
NOT A REGULAR SERVICE; IN-PERSON ONLY.
