Everyone has their own perspective of what “Father” means to them from their own experiences. In Pip’s Father’s Day sermon, he describes what Father means to him and explores how his own definition is likely to be vastly different from others. A father of 3 himself, Phillip also has direct experience that isn’t necessarily the same as how his own father raised him and his siblings. Now, Pip and his 2 brothers each do “dad” in their own ways. This Father’s Day let us reflect on our relationships with our own fathers, whatever that may look like, and how it has impacted our definition of Father.
