For far too long, our politics and our culture have told us that not everyone deserves to have a good job, good healthcare, or the best education. This sermon explores the April theme of “resistance” through that question. Author and professor Jon Shelton argues that to have a fulfilling life, we need to resist the idea that only those who have the right “job skills” deserve a good life, and we have a moral obligation to fight for economic security for all of our brothers and sisters in NE Wisconsin and beyond.
